Bloomington Transit is seeking a full time dispatcher/supervisor for the Operations Department. Responsibilities include dispatching for BT, supervision of drivers, transit operations, safety oversight, personnel management and other duties as assigned. Proficiency with Windows based computer applications and ability to quickly learn sophisticated computer applications required including BT Access Pararoute software, and payroll spreadsheets/payroll input/payroll approval. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, dispatching experience and excellent judgment preferred.
